Swimmers:Please abide to the country's COVID precautions to keep safe for all the family.Please follow the venue's regulations.Follow the Safety rules.Not allowed to join any class before paying the class monthly fees.Our policy grants you a full refund if you werent pleased with our services following the first session.In order to cancel a private class, you must call 24 hours prior to the start of the session.You will lose a lot when come late.For any make up Sessions, You will get the Opportunity to reimburse maximum of 2 Sessions ONLY in the FIRST week of the next Month. Example, You have 8 Sessions per month, and You will not be able to come for 2 Session, so You must inform us by maximum 3 Days earlier so we can consider it as a make up Session. Then the next month You will only pay for 6 Sessions rather than 8 Sessions.For 1 session subscription per week, you have the opportunity to reimburse maximum 1 session ONLY in the first week of the next month.Please bring your own tools.Participants must be free of any medical conditions that prevent participating in sports.
